SKIING

Skiing in Telluride is a real bucket list experience. Lift lines are almost non-existent and you’ll feel like you own the mountain, whether you're up for first tracks or taking some lunchtime turns.

The terrain at Telluride Ski Resort offers something for everyone. The San Juan Mountains are notoriously steep and jagged, but the Ski Resort maintains groomed runs and wide trails at even the highest peaks so that beginners and intermediate skiers can also enjoy the breathtaking views. This is a great mountain to learn to ski on as there are tons of wide, uncongested beginner trails. But, there is no question that Telluride boasts some of the steepest terrain in Colorado. For expert skiers looking for a thrill, the Plunge and Spiral Stairs trails offer exciting vertical drops. Chutes, glades, moguls, cliffs - we’ve got it all.
