The Tunnel: This speakeasy restaurant is a throwback to the prohibition era during Telluride's mining days. A small trap door will open and guests must give a password to enter. Once inside, up to 12 guests will be escorted through the kitchen into the quaint and hidden dining room. Guests will be greeted with a cocktail or mock-tail followed by a tantalizing, 6-course Chef's tasting menu paired with molecular mixed spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. The prefix menu will change every couple of weeks.
